in this article i am going to show you how to know who use your ptcl wifi. a lots of people have problem they thing how to know these peoples who uses our wifi and many parents want to close wifi in their children phones or tablets ,i am sharing a trick with you follow these steps and block those people who use your wifi quietly. if a person know your password and you block him after that not use your wifi he will block it that time whenever you restore your wifi modem.
process of block person from my ptcl wifi
first you have to open your ptcl ip address 192.168.10.1 in chrome browser when you open it,
it require two things in first option you have to write ( admin ) and second option you have to write your ptcl wifi first password last five digits and click on login option. the main page will open with you,
there are five options in right side in the top you have to click on ( device info ) after that click on DHCP you can watch that person who use your wifi quietly you have to copy MAC filter address and click on wireless option after that click on MAC filter and page will open with front with you first check MAC restrict mode there are three options
(1) Disabled (2) Allow (3) Deny

friends select third option and click on it ( deny).
After that click on add option and paste that MAC address in mac address bar after that click on apply/save button.
Remove person from block list
Friends you have to click on wireless after that click on MAC filter. first see your friend MAC filter address and click on remove option which is with front of with your friend MAC address and click on apply your friend will remove from your block list.
